The person in charge of Chuang Rong Production Center mainly reported the task objectives, completion, potential problems and work ideas in the first half of 2022. From January to June, all production lines of the company closely focused on the expected production goals, actively implemented the 6S standard of the projector production workshop, scientifically formulated production specifications, improved the productivity achievement rate of the production line, reduced the proportion of defective products, opened up resources and cut costs for the company, and further improved the company's ability to resist risks. Subsequently, each coordination department reported the work completion of the department and the work priorities and objectives in the second half of the year.

Ren Lejun, the general manager, made an important speech after listening to the work reports of various departments: Ren fully affirmed the work completion and achievements of Chuang Rong in the first half of the year, and expressed his sincere thanks and trust for the company's continuous improvement; At the same time, President Ren requested that in the second half of the year, on the basis of the achievements already made, further strengthen the standardized management of production, actively develop and expand the market, seize resources first, create new profit points and highlights, and complete the production and operation tasks set in the second half of the year according to quality and quantity.

President Ren also stressed that strategy determines success or failure, and details make perfect achievements. All departments should guard against arrogance and rashness, coordinate with each other, and start from the company's development, strengthen the study of production management, operating efficiency, management innovation, financial management and other aspects, constantly accumulate, grasp and constantly improve the company's core competitiveness and the follow-up power for healthy development.

While summing up the achievements, President Ren also objectively analyzed the existing problems in the company's development.
