After explanation, the new employees' impression of the projector was further deepened, and they grasped the company's core advantages and rich production experience. At the end of the projector knowledge training, Manager Liu Xiaolong randomly selected several new employees to put forward product questions, all of which answered completely without exception. The training was very effective.
Later, Zuo Hui, HR Director, explained the company's OA approval system and work order process to all new colleagues, and gave detailed and clear answers to the problems that new employees may encounter. We have better defined the work responsibilities of each department, laying a solid foundation for the smooth development of future work.
