On April 12, 2022, Chuang Rong Electronics carried out the first collective induction training for new employees in 22 years. The training was conducted around the company culture, projector knowledge, and OA approval process. The trainers were Ren Huan, HR Manager, Liu Xiaolong, Production Manager, and Zuo Hui, HR Director. The training was successfully conducted under the warm auspices of Peng Ying, the Administrative Commissioner. A total of 18 new employees from production, quality, R&D and other departments participated in the training.
In the morning, Ren Huan, HR Manager, introduced the company's history, corporate culture, existing teams and future plans to the new employees, who listened attentively and recorded them carefully. At the end of the introduction, the staff manual signing process was carried out. Manager Ren Huan introduced the staff manual and the company's rules and regulations efficiently and interestingly. During the break, Peng Ying, the administrative commissioner, arranged two small games, "Find Friends" and "Table Tennis Relay". In the afternoon, there was a training on projector knowledge. Liu Xiaolong, the production manager, introduced the development history of projectors, the types of projectors currently on the market, and the innovation advantages of Chuang Rong projectors in the industry and the current main production situation. After explanation, the new employees' impression of the projector was further deepened, and they grasped the company's core advantages and rich production experience. At the end of the projector knowledge training, Manager Liu Xiaolong randomly selected several new employees to put forward product questions, all of which answered completely without exception. The training was very effective.
Later, Zuo Hui, HR Director, explained the company's OA approval system and work order process to all new colleagues, and gave detailed and clear answers to the problems that new employees may encounter. We have better defined the work responsibilities of each department, laying a solid foundation for the smooth development of future work.
