(Summary description)The main advantages of a fully enclosed optical machine include strong dust protection, good heat dissipation, stable and vibrant picture quality, and greater longevity.  The design of the fully enclosed optical machine is characterised by the formation of a closed structure inside the optical path, isolated from the outside air, which effectively reduces the problem of dust adhesion. This prevents ‘black spots’ from appearing in the projected image and ensures the clarity of the image and the service life of the projector.  The disadvantages of the fully enclosed optical machine is relatively small, mainly on the production process and manufacturing environment requirements are high, the need to establish at least 10,000 levels or even thousands of levels of dust-free workshop, which is a major innovation in the projector manufacturing system and process environment. There is no pure manufacturing environment, in the manufacturing process within the optical machine easily mixed with dust, then the significance of the fully enclosed will be greatly reduced.  To sum up, the fully enclosed optical machine significantly improves the dustproof capability, heat dissipation performance and picture quality of the projector through its closed structure design and efficient heat dissipation system, and also extends the service life of the projector. However, this design requires a high level of production environment and craftsmanship, and is an important advance in the development of projection technology
